You broadcast several gross errors about commercial trucks in an episode I recently watched. I'll list them for you.
1. Truckers cannot just pull off the road and go to bed.
2. Duals cannot carry more weight than super singles. The FDOT regulates how much weight is allowed per axle, not the configuration of the tires.
3. The fifth wheel is just called... the fifth wheel. It has different parts with names, none of which you mentioned at all. For instance, the skid plate on top of the fifth wheel.
So you can convey accurate and correct information in the future, tractor-trailer combination vehicles are allowed a maximum of 80,000lbs distributed as follows: steers are allowed 12,000lbs. The tractor's drive axle is allowed 34,000lbs and the trailer tandem is allowed 34,000lbs.
The next time you air an episode about tractor-trailers, I'd strongly suggest you talk to actual truckers before you make fools of yourselves again.

Your Science Channel content is hardly ever "SCIENCE" any longer. Lots of "how it's made" and other peripheral subjects.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Do you actually get more viewers by diluting your content? What a shame. Well you have lost a lot of viewers, but maybe picked up more "consumers" who buy crap kitchenware or whatever, instead of telescopes or whatever.
Part of the dumbing down of America, I guess.

Idea to use aging episodes
You are broadcasting aging space information in aging episodes. Xfinity has all of them available but they are old.
To get more use out of them, you continue to broadcast them. Im watching Season 8 on right now and its 4 years old, not mention that the information is from years before. I suggest you consider using old episodes by sharing updates.
Like the 50 years ago, and Today piece in one of our favorite magazines. So, you show a part from an old episode and then explain how new information (like maybe from the James Webb) has improved our understanding and changed our theories

Why do you have so much loud background music and sound on your shows? It makes it very hard to hear who is speaking.
I have come to watch much less on your channel as time goes on.
You are not the only station that does this. Maybe you could be a leader in cutting back on it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I decided it wasn't a problem important enough to paint a bulls eye on my back since I am 77 yrs old and ill.
I saw the Shroud in person in Tourin in 1961 and knew it was NOT my LORD Jesus. How?
#1) Jesus Christ is a Jew. The face on the Shroud is Roman.
#2) The Bible says as a result of the torture Jesus received plus the sins God the Father placed on Him, Jesus didn't look human.
#3) Jesus back was ripped open so His internal organs were exposed, the backside
doesn't show any destruction of the back.
Ergo, NOT Jesus Christ.

The program's about Black History Month and slavery that aired February 6th 2024 is not entirely true. You should also be explaining that the black kings of Africa sold black people from other tribes into slavery.

Im discussed that you would run an ad for Planned Parenthood fund raising. Planned Parenthood aborts babies.
If you think killing unborn babies is something you should support you are condoning murder.
Trying to sell PP as womans rights and health care organization is lying to be the public. These people have killed over 62 million people and you are giving them a platform to solicit money to kill more unborn babies. What youre doing is an abomination.
Do you believe in God? Im waiting for an explanation as to why you think its appropriate to allow an organization that murders babies advertise on you TV station.

Quite simply, those clowns at The "Science" Channel did not respond in any way.
It was about their use of the term "Dr" in reference to one of their so called experts. The term.Dr is an honorific given to Surgeons, Physicians and PhDs in College and University teaching and research positions.

Complaint and suggestion.
I watch a lot of programs on your channel. But the music that is played during the shows drowns out the verbal commentary.
I am not hard of hearing, so the problem is not with me. Many others have commented on this problem. Sometimes, the music is so loud no one can hear what's being said. I have many friends that have stopped watching your channel because they are frustrated that they are unable to hear the narrator because of your music being too loud.
Please, can't you turn down the background music so the informative commentary can be heard? It would really make your programs like, "How the Universe Works" much better.
After all, if no one can hear what you're saying, no one can learn anything. Thank you, Sherry Burgess
